We teach Pilates and dance fitness, as well as several styles of blues, East Coast swing, waltz, latin and club dances in a variety of classes, on a rotating basis. We also offer occasional workshops in specialized dance subjects.  

We offer something for every level of dancer from absolute beginner through experienced dance expert.  And after too many years to count, we continue to study and learn, so we always have more to offer you — more insight, broader/deeper perspective, a better approach, to keep it interesting and make it easier for you to learn.
